ABOUT OUR COURSES

Here at Waterworld we have a history of providing high standard internationally recognised courses. As a IQL registered premises since 2002 the courses we provide are by fully trained and qualified assessors. Our courses take you from Rookie Lifeguard up to Pool lifeguards.

Rookie Life Guard

Rookie Life Guard is a course for those aged 8-15 year.It introduces children to vital lifesaving skills. Starting at Bronze and running through to Gold this course develops individuals based on their current ability.

NPLQ

National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification is a course for anyone age 16 and over who is interested in becoming a pool lifeguard. Our facility provides a unique platform that exposes trainees to a busy and diverse environment.

We have no courses running during the summer. You can however express an interest by completing the form below and emailing that to us. Please keep an eye on this webpage for future course dates.

Liquid Therapy

Waterworld have partnered with Liquid Therapy providing one to one water and surf confidence sessions for children with additional needs. This four week course provides the platform for children to build their confidence and develop their water skills.
