Do I have to book my Waterworld online/booked in advance?
Yes. Booking online is essential. Booking is now available for weekends until the end of June.
Booking in advance is advised however you will be able to book tickets on the day if there is availability left.
What if I book the wrong day
While we understand this is entirely possible we strongly urge you to double check dates before booking as we may not be able to accommodate a date change due to capacity per slot.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds. There is no legal right to cancel as the booking is for leisure activities to take place on a specific date as described in regulation 13 of the European Union Consumer Information (Rights) Regulations 2013 (SI 484/2013’).

Can I Book Carer Tickets Online?
Carer tickets can be purchased online when making a booking. A Valid carer id must be presented at point of entry when your ticket is scanned.
Are there lockers available?
Yes, We have a limited number of lockers available. You must bring a 50 cent coin which is then returned after use of the locker.
Do the slides have any height restrictions?

What are your ratios?
Our ratio for those under 12 years of age is one adult (over 18 years) to every two children.
Is there a viewing area for the water park?
No spectators will be granted access to the poolside, bathers only permitted in the arena.
Are there dining options in Waterworld?
There are vending machines in our reception area. We have a shop where snacks and tea/coffee can be purchased and we are walking distance to many coffee shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Food cannot be consumed in the swimming pool arena. There are picnic benches adjacent to the building by the outdoor play park.
Do you have souvenirs?
Yes! In our new shop at the rear of the building we have a selection of branded merchandise which can be purchased as a memento of your visit to Waterworld. To access the shop, on exiting the main entrance, turn left and then left again. The shop is signposted.
Will there be available lockers and changing cubicles?
There are lockers and changing cubicles on site, however, we do advise you to come ‘pool ready’ to avoid any delays to starting your session.
If I am late for my session, will I still get in?
Yes, you can gain entry to your booking slot at any time within the booking time, however, you must vacate when your slot time is finished.
Will there be somewhere for me to store my buggy when I’m in the pool?
Yes, we will have a designated area for you to store your buggy, we regret that we cannot store other belongings, lockers must be used, and there are bike racks at the front of the building.
Is there parking on site?
There is parking available on Atlantic way in front of Waterworld, this parking must be paid for. There is free parking in the lower car park across from the Allingham Arms hotel, only a 5 minute walk from Waterworld.
Can I bring my camera?
No photography or videography is permitted within the arena. This is to protect the safety of our guests. There are ample opportunities for selfies with all of our characters on the outside of the building.
How long is my time slot?
Your time slot is 2 hours. You will have 15 minutes to get changed at the end of this (Total 2hrs 15mins)
