    1. How much is Waterworld?

    Individual Prices

    • Junior Ticket (3years-11years) – €13.50
    • 12 and over  – €15.00
    • 3 day 12 and over Ticket – €40.00
    • Infant (under 3’s) ticket – €0.00
    • Carer ticket – €0.00
    • Senior Citizens – €10.00

    Family Passes

    • Family ticket (2 12+ and 2JU) – €50.00
    • 3 Day Family Ticket – (2 12 and Over  +2JU) – €140.00

    Groups / Parties

    • €11.00 per person (over 3’s) (minimum of 10, maximum of 15) 

    1. Do I have to book my Waterworld online/booked in advance?
      Yes. Booking online is essential. Booking is now available for June and July.

    Booking in advance is advised however you will be able to book tickets on the day if there is availability left.

    1. Can I book a multi day ticket?

    Yes, You are able to book a three day ticket for 12 and over ticket for €40 and a family ticket (2 12 and Over + 2 Junior) €140

    You can also add additional children (3-11) to the 3 day family ticket at €30 each

    Our multi day ticket must be used three days in a row.

    1. What if I book the wrong day

    While we understand this is entirely possible we strongly urge you to double check dates before booking as we may not be able to accommodate a date change due to capacity per slot.

    1. Can I get a refund?

    Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds. There is no legal right to cancel as the booking is for leisure activities to take place on a specific date as described in regulation 13 of the European Union Consumer Information (Rights) Regulations 2013 (SI 484/2013’).

    1. How Do I Book a Birthday Party?

    We have a group rate for a birthday party on our booking page. As it stands we currently can facilitate a group rate which provides entry to Waterworld we do not have the capacity to supply food or room etc.

    1. Can I Book For August?

    Not Yet. Booking for August will open mid July. Keep an eye on our website and social media for updates.

    1. Can I Book Carer Tickets Online?

    Carer tickets can be purchased online when making a booking. A Valid carer id must be presented at point of entry when your ticket is scanned.

    1. Are there lockers available?

    Yes, We have a limited number of lockers available. You must bring a 50 cent coin which is then returned after use of the locker.

    1. Do the slides have any height restrictions?

    Yes, Some of our attractions have height restrictions. Please visit our attractions page to view information on each attraction and view our map before you visit. https://www.waterworldbundoran.com/attractions/

    1. What are your ratios?

    Our ratio for those under 12 years of age is one adult to every two children.

    1. Is there a viewing area for the water park?

    No spectators will be granted access to the poolside, bathers only permitted in the arena.

    1. Are there dining options in Waterworld? 

    There are vending machines in our reception area. We have no food or snack bars on site but we are walking distance to many coffee shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Food cannot be consumed in the swimming pool arena. There are picnic benches adjacent to the building by the outdoor play park.

    1. Will there be available lockers and changing cubicles?

    There are lockers and changing cubicles on site, however, we do advise you to come ‘pool ready’ to avoid any delays to starting your session. 

    1. If I am late for my session, will I still get in? 

    Yes, you can gain entry to your booking slot at any time within the booking time, however, you must vacate when your slot time is finished. 

    1. Will there be somewhere for me to store my buggy when I’m in the pool?

    Yes, we will have a designated area for you to store your buggy, we regret that we cannot store other belongings, lockers must be used, and there are bike racks at the front of the building. 

    1. Is there parking on site?

    There is parking available on Atlantic way in front of Waterworld, this parking must be paid for. There is free parking in the lower car park across from the Allingham Arms hotel, only a 5 minute walk from Waterworld. 

    18. Can I bring my camera?

    No photography or videography is permitted within the arena. This is to protect the safety of our guests. There are ample opportunities for selfies with all of our characters on the outside of the building.
